A detailed application kit will be sent upon request.

A Complete application kit includes:

• forms requiring signatures
• completed reference forms or police checks
• $500 deposit
• two post-dated cheques for the balance of fees (totally non-refundable once airlines, buses and hotels have been booked)
• 3 recent passport-size colour photos
• a signed Power of Attorney or Waiver form
• a signed copy of the Trip Expectations
• a photo copy of an up-to-date valid passport
• detailed information about your personal out-of-country medical insurance

Apply directly through your school or organization's co-ordinator to Trip leader, Judy Warrington.

Upon enrolment of 15 participants, a complete and thorough information kit will be sent by courier or distributed at an information meeting.
